GHoPA is proud to work in a unique training partnership with award winning Grimsby based business BJB Fork Lift Trucks and with their new training arm (Train2Work).
MD of GHoPA Mark Fenty is delighted with the partnership and GHoPA and the BJB training arm “Train2Work” are already successfully working together.
Trish Hanson boss of Train2Work says “this is going to be a great long term partnership with us working with GHoPA team.”

Additionally, Train2work have agreed with several leading businesses to offer their learners a 2 week real live work opportunity through “Employer Pledges.”
To cement the partnership, GHoPA provided two of its corporate engagement and teambuilding Activites (Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting and Archery) at the Lindum Club to staff form BJB, Train2Work & TH Brown businesses. The event was also used to celebrate the successful completion of accredited courses by several young people.
GHoPA and Train2Work has already started with 4 long term NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people who live in temporary accommodation at the YMCA Peaks Lane where the GHoPA project is based.
The 4 month project ending September 2013 is funded via HLC (Humber Learning Consortium) another GHoPA Partner as part of a £5.1m “Talent Match” Big Lottery pilot project.
